Who we are

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our Get a Quote form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, event date, event location, estimated cask count, and anything else you choose to tell us in the notes field.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, put together a quote, and - if you go ahead - to arrange delivery, installation and collection of the kit for your event. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who we share it with
Enquiry form submissions are sent via Resend, an email delivery service, purely to get your enquiry into our inbox. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Neither processes your data for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. It's cookieless - it doesn't track you individually, store personal identifiers, or follow you across other sites. We don't use any marketing or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into a booking, we keep it for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, then delete it. If you book with us, we keep records for as long as needed for that event and for our accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email hello@firkinfresh.co.uk. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
